Adam Campbell is the fitness director of Men’s Health and the deputy editor of MensHealth.com. Campbell is the author the New York Times best-selling book, The Men’s Health Big Book of Exercises, and The Women’s Health Big Book of Exercises. He’s also the coauthor of The Men’s Health TNT Diet. Campbell holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Kansas and is a NSCA-certified strength coach. He has appeared on Good Morning America, The Early Show, The Dr. Oz Show, Fox News, and VH-1.
